The workflow can be designed around approved providers appropriate for the task. Model selection should consider quality, cost, latency, privacy, contractual terms, and operational risk. The underlying business records should remain portable wherever practical.

Why does structured data reduce AI cost?

Structured records allow the workflow to retrieve only the current, relevant, and authorized context. This can reduce repeated documents, duplicated email threads, unnecessary model calls, failed retries, and manual correction. Actual savings depend on the workflow and must be measured.

Can we begin with historical projects?

Do you train AI models on our data?
