Privacy Policy

StructuredLayer is an implementation partner that builds connected data and workflow systems for construction and property businesses. Our registered contact is start@structuredlayer.com.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we store it, how we use it, and how you can ask us to delete or correct it.

Contact form submissions. When you complete the contact form on this site, we collect: your full name, email address, company name, company website (optional), your role, the workflow area you identify as most fragmented, the tools you select, and any optional context note you provide. We also record whether you have given consent to receive a response.

Blog admin content. If an authorized administrator uses the blog admin area, we store the blog post title, slug, excerpt, body blocks, SEO fields, publication status, uploaded image URLs, uploaded PDF URLs, and related file labels. Published blog content is public by design; draft content remains available only through the admin interface.

Submission metadata. We automatically record the date and time of submission, the page you submitted from (currently: homepage), the URL of the page that referred you to this site (if any), and UTM tracking parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) if they are present in the URL when you submit.

What we do not collect. We do not use third-party analytics scripts (such as Google Analytics) on this website at this time. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.

We use contact form submissions solely to:

• —Review whether your workflow challenge is a good fit for a StructuredLayer engagement.
• —Respond to your enquiry via the email address you provided.
• —Maintain a record of incoming enquiries for internal operations.

We do not add you to automated email sequences. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Where applicable (for example, for individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom), we rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries you initiate, and on consent (recorded via the consent checkbox) for follow-up communication.

Submissions and blog records are stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database provisioned through Neon, a cloud database provider. Data is stored in the United States. Neon operates under standard cloud-data-processor terms.

Uploaded files such as images and PDFs are stored through the platform upload service. Blog files linked from published posts are publicly accessible through their file URLs.

Access to contact submission records and unpublished blog records is limited to StructuredLayer principals. Contact submissions are not displayed publicly anywhere on this site.

We retain contact submissions for as long as needed to respond to and evaluate the enquiry, or for up to 24 months from the date of submission, whichever is shorter, unless you ask us to delete your record sooner.

The contact form includes a honeypot field — a hidden input that is invisible to human visitors but often filled automatically by bots. Submissions where this field contains a value are discarded silently. No personal data is stored from those submissions.

You have the right to:

• —Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• —Request correction of inaccurate information.
• —Request deletion of your submission record.
• —Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already completed).
• —Lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

To exercise any of these rights, email start@structuredlayer.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We will respond within 14 days.

We may update this policy when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revision. Material changes will be noted.
