- Accountable operation: Measure accepted outcomes, critical failures, review effort, operating cost, permissions, recovery, and continuing ownership.
What to listen for
- Why buying AI tools is not the same as improving a business workflow
- How broken information and approval paths weaken otherwise capable software
- Why training, advice, and bounded testing can precede production implementation
- How representative pilot cases reveal quality, exception, review, and cost requirements
- Where named people retain commercial, contractual, professional, safety, payment, and external communication authority
